Donplast CW100 is ideally designed for use in the following applications:
- Accelerating cement hydration which allow the concrete to resist frosting when it is at early stage.
- Unreinforced concrete flooring.
- Concrete brick, roofing tile, concrete pipes and drycast products.
- Early form work release.
- Segmental retaining wall systems.
Donplast CW100 is available in 5, 20, 200 litre drums and 1000 litre bulks supply.
Donplast CW100 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The guidance dosage of Donplast CW100 is 1.6 - 3.4 litre per 100 kg of cement in the mix.
Trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Donplast CW100 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
Donplast CW100 complies with ASTM C494, Type C and BS 5075, Part 1.
