Concrete Lab Technician

Responsibilities:
Material Testing: Conduct various tests on construction chemicals, with a focus on concrete additives, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Data Analysis: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvements in product formulations.
Lab Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including proper storage and handling of chemicals and equipment.
Documentation: Record and maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any modifications made during the testing process.
Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing formulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction chemicals or materials testing environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard testing procedures for construction materials, concrete mix design, and quality control processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test results and provide insights for product enhancement.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control.
