A Waterproof acrylic modified coating for concrete
Setseal Crete is a one component modified acrylic liquid co-polymer specially formulated for use as a bonding agent, waterproof coating when mixed with cement and as a general concrete repair system when mixed with cement and fine sand.
Setseal Crete is designed for maximum performance under the alkaline condition of cement mixes. Unlike PVA systems, the bond film will not hydrolyse under wet conditions and can therefore be used externally, internally and in submerged conditions.

Setseal Crete is ideally designed for use as a brushable waterproof system with outstanding water resistance and a stabilized system which gives high mechanical strength and chemical resistance to cementitious mixes.
Approximately 3 - 3.5m²/kg when used as a waterproofing slurry @ 500 micron thickness/ coat.
Approximately 0.4 - 0.45m²/kg when used as a repair render topping @ 5 mm thickness.
Setseal Crete is available in 5 and 20 kg containers.
Setseal Crete has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in a shaded place at a temperature of 25°C in original unopened packaging.
